Steven R. Ward, PE, Partner
With more than 12 years of engineering experience, Steven began his career while still in college at Texas A&M University. He has been responsible for a wide range of projects including residential land development, commercial development, municipal utility infrastructure, field surveying, U.S. Customs bridge and border crossings, airport runway and taxiway design, and municipal utility district engineering.
Steven's broad combination of knowledge and experience gives him valuable insight into the development of any project. In addition, his dedication to perfection and excellence in the consulting engineering profession has built a reputation for a quality project based upon quality service.
He is a Young Leader Member of the Urban Land Institute, Committeeman of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and President of the Central Houston Chapter of The Coastal Conservation Association.

Ryan M. Getz, PE, Partner
At the start of Ryan’s career, he specialized in engineering design and construction management on residential and commercial land development projects. As a project manager, he continued to increase his knowledge in the land development field and municipal utility district engineering. Ryan was responsible for production supervision and construction overview for a variety of commercial site, public works and residential land development projects. He was responsible for the management and engineering design of water supply and distribution systems, wastewater collection and transfer facilities, roadways, storm drainage and detention systems and parking facilities. Prepared and monitored construction schedules; reviewed shop drawings, contractor's pay estimates and field change orders; supervised inspection and coordinated materials testing; performed field engineering and served as client liaison; prepared feasibility reports; prepared bond application reports. He participates in Municipal Utility District (MUD) meetings and otherwise directly interacts with the Boards of Directors.

Scott M. Wuest, PE, Partner
Scott M. Wuest brings more than 7 years experience to our Austin office. His expertise includes all phases of land development for a wide variety of project types including retail, multi-family, office, industrial, single family, master planned communities, and infrastructure. Prior to forming the Austin WGA office, Mr. Wuest was a project manager at a successful engineering company representing clients on projects from 1 to 450 acres. His experience with high profile projects in Austin and surrounding jurisdictions has given him a broad understanding of the local process.
Mr. Wuest is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin, Committeeman for the Star of Texas Fair and Rodeo, friend of the Ronald McDonald House, and member of the Coastal Conservation Association.
